By creating a Flashlink account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Your username is yours as long as your account is active. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.
You may not use Flashlink to distribute illegal content, spam, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of content you post on Flashlink. By posting content, you grant Flashlink a license to display it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the content on your page.
Flashlink Pro is billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@flashl.ink. Payments are processed by Stripe.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your public page will no longer be accessible.
Flashlink is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
